Camping

This year Brian and I each took a week off from work and went camping with his family. It was during the 4th of July week so we went up and set up camp and then we came down for the parade on Wednesday.

 My favorite part of the parade is when the jets fly over!

While camping, we did a little fishing.

Wyatt was the only one to catch anything. And it was so small that we turned it back!

And we can't go camping without someone getting tied up! Let's see you get out of that one Wyatt!!!

We went for some rides on the four wheeler. The smoke was pretty thick and made the sky look hazy.

Then we got back from shooting just in time for it to pour on us! And we sure needed the rain!

It's always a lot of work to go camping but it sure is nice to get away for a few days!

Yesterday my baby girl turned 10! She is such a sweetheart and we are so glad she is a part of our family.

First Birthday

 10th Birthday

Several weeks before Sara's birthday I started asking her what she would like for her birthday. All she wanted for her birthday was dog treats for her dog Grace that she got for her birthday two years earlier. What kid asks for dog treats for their birthday?!!!

Sara wanted to go camping for her birthday so we spent the weekend on the mountain with Brian's family. It was a quick trip but we had a really good time! Then we rushed home early Sunday so that we could have a quick party with the grandparents.

While we were camping I found the tree that Brian carved our initials in before Stephanie was even a year old. Crazy that our family was just starting!
